Your focus will be establishing and streamlining HR processes and supporting the local organization with HR advice and guidance. You understand people, the HR metrics as well as the legal framework and you can use your skills and people insight to create good solutions for the company and the organization. 

You will work with the entire ‘HR palette’ in the NL organization – preparing employment contracts, new policies, internal communication and providing advice and follow up within employment law, absence management, recruitment, leadership, learning and development, etc. You thrive in the role of a generalist – and where you can – quickly and competently adapt your prioritization and solutions to the needs of the business. 

You will handle recruitment processes (from start to finish, from clarifying the job profile in close collaboration with the hiring manager, looking where to find the right ‘man’ for the right job, conducting job interviews – securing people quality as key to our future development) 

As a core element in ‘getting the basics right’ —we expect you to be interested in digitalizing our HR procedures– and taking the local lead in implementing our new Group HR information system – including Onboarding, recruiting, Talent management and people review.  

You will have access to day-to-day support from your experienced manager, but we expect you to have tried recruiting, as well as you having a proven track record in basic HR operations (preparing payroll data, absence management, HR guidelines etc). Your attitude, your willingness to dig in operational HR work and your potential is key – not your long experience. We trust you will develop the rest with you.

  • fluent in Dutch & English 
  • bachelor or equivalent experienced in HR
