Digital Marketing Specialist EMEA

Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing EMEA

His/her focus is to elaborate and manage successful execution of different digital marketing projects to improve our digital platforms to increase web traffic, user experience and lead generation European wide. Besides this he/she educates and assists the individual markets in developing their local digital ecosystem.

Role: support the Head of Digital Marketing in implementing the strategy, set up and roll out of an EMEA digital ecosystem as well as in implementing digital tools improving customer experience throughout the online customer journey.  Helps continuously drive digital innovation within the company and evaluates new technologies and digital trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the corporate and product brand websites for all of Europe.
  • Assist local markets with content changes on their local brand websites.
  • Continuous functional improvement of the corporate and product brand websites in cooperation with our external digital partners.
  • Launch new brand websites in order to support new market developments.
  • Analyse and improve the corporate and product brand websites based on data insights and analytics gathered through the different digital marketing tools such as GA4, GTM, GSC, DatadogHQ, Looker studio data reports etc..
  • Analyse heatmaps and tracking with Clarity and define and execute improvements.
  • Create and manage A/B tests based on internal/customer feedback and implement them if they are a success based on the A/B test data.
  • Manage and improve (based on data) the search engine (Algolia) on the product brand websites.
  • Lead the Visitorqueue project on gathering leads for our local organisation and track and trace the results.
  • Develop content in cooperation with the marketing team with a digital mind set for the website platform.
  • Assist the marketing department in relation to product information data (PIM), content marketing (DAM) and improve the existing product data.
  • Support the digital ecosystems in local markets.
  • Provide digital training (manuals) on request to internal staff, sales and customers.

Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in digital marketing and/or communication
  • Passionate digital native who is eager to learn and likes pioneering
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools, KPI’s and best practices
  • Familiar with CMS/DXP and (Google) marketing tools
  • Is able to focus in a change environment and has a pan-European mind set
  • Interest in our products and B2B business
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal/writing)
  • Puts the customer first (customer centric)
  • Starts with the answer, takes project ownership and is pro-active and result driven
  • Creative / out of the box thinking
  • Empathic listening to customers and stakeholders
  • Dares to question existing processes and concepts
  • Team player who can work autonomously when needed
