Our product line includes tools, fasteners, compressors, and accessories, with offices and a strong presence in most European countries. We’re currently establishing Kyocera Fastening Solutions Europe merging Kyocera Unimerco Fastening A/S in Denmark with Kyocera Senco BV in the Netherlands creating a 400-employee service and sales focused industry leader with the will, the plans and group support to expand further providing fastening solutions to the industry and the professional end user

We are currently seeking a strategic and data-driven Pricing Manager to join our Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive pricing strategy that best aligns with the market conditions and our financial goals, while analyzing cost accuracy and building a future proof lean and efficient pricing process.

Your role is to:

  • Develop a well-structured pricing strategy
  • Develop pricing guidelines based on market data and cost info
  • Support local Sales teams in creating consistent and logical price lists and discount structures
  • Assess customer bonus schemes, analyze impact per channel/customer/product
  • Design and maintain KPI reports to monitor pricing related KPI’s
  • Maintain Internal Pricing (Intragroup pricing) assuring stable margin
  • Enforce long tail management; optimize margin on slower moving items or propose to discontinue items
  • Build a future proof efficient pricing process

The role combines strategic work with practical day to day operations.

Your qualifications are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in for example Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Math, etc. or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Fasteners or the Construction Industry in general considered a plus
  • Analytical skills (Price/Volume/Mix, Elasticity, Margin Optimization)
  • Intrinsic motivation and self-starter

You are

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Dutch considered a plus
  • Excel savvy; XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & Pivot Tables are well known, or a proven ability to learn quickly
  • Not afraid of ambiguity
